[4]Investigation of the Quantum Conductance Characteristics of Some Mesoscopic Devices:
The quantum transport characteristics of a double quantum dot coupled to superconducting leads via quantum point contacts are investigated. The conductance of such junction has been obtained in terms of the Andreev-reflection tunneling probability by using the Landauer-Buttiker equation. The transport properties are studied under the effect of magnetic field and in the Coulomb blockade regime. Also, an expression for the shot noise power is deduced under the effect of an AC-field. Our results show the deviation of the periodic oscillation of the dependence of the conductance on the magnetic field from the conventional quantum flux. Also, the frequency dependence of the shot noise spectrum shows a stochastic resonance trend that is characterized for nonlinear quantum systems.
